This 17-year-old says she dresses for herself, but we think she picks her wardrobe based on its shock value.

She chose this midriff and cleavage baring top for the launch of a fashion line she'll be promoting. Other risqué looks she's fond of include going pantless, raccoon eyes and Lucite heels with dollar slots.

Maybe the much gossiped about starlet is taking inspiration from her boss—the designer of the fashion line—who always pushed the envelope herself?

Gleeful Hookup? Kevin McHale Plays Coy on Jenna Ushkowitz

Kevin McHale has a busy weekend ahead of him what with cohosting the Teen Choice Awards with the other Glee guys.

But he still made time to hit the gift suites. I caught up with Kevin yesterday at Melanie Segal's Celebrity Retreat presented by TJ Maxx, and grilled him about whether he and costar Jenna Ushkowitz are an item.

"We're friends, we're good friends," he said. "Of course it's gonna come up because we're all around each other 24/7. It's pictures of us on the beach; we were in Monaco; it was fun."

(He's referring to the photos that were snapped of them frolicking seaside in France.)

But when I asked Kevin if romance rumors were untrue, he didn't exactly deny them...

"We're friends," he repeated.

Hilary Duff's Wedding Is "Imminent"

Lizzie McGuire is all grown up and getting hitched!

E! News has confirmed that Hilary Duff will walk down the aisle with her hockey-playing fiancé Mike Comrie this month—but not on the 14th as some outlets have reported.

The August nuptials are "imminent," according to a source, who describes the event as a "quiet affair" being orchestrated by wedding planner to the stars  Mindy Weiss (former clients include Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson and Adam Sandler).

So how has the couple been prepping for their big day?

The Disney starlet and her man, who plays for the Edmonton Oilers, have been taking private lessons with instructor Lisa Goodman to prep for their first dance.
